By downloading or using SwingLock, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use SwingLock on devices you own, for your personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions

SwingLock's core features are free. SwingLock Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Current pricing and length are shown in the app before you purchase.

Accounts

An account is optional — SwingLock works anonymously by default. If you create or link an account (Sign in with Apple, Google, or email) to back up your swings, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Settings → Delete account.

Your content

Swing videos and session data you save are yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process them so we can provide the app's features (such as playback and your Coach's Report). We do not use your content for advertising, and we do not sell it. Deleting your account removes it.

AI coaching

The Coach's Report is generated from your swing metrics using AI and is provided for general, informational purposes only. It reflects mechanics and tendencies, may be inaccurate, and is not a substitute for a qualified coach or any medical or professional advice.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to bypass its protections in ways that harm others, or use it unlawfully. SwingLock is a screen-time and training aid — not a safety device or a substitute for coaching and supervision.

Disclaimer

SwingLock is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Swing detection and analysis are best-effort and may not be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwingLock and its creators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
